Return and exchange policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason, please return it within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition and packaging, for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Return shipping fees may apply for damaged packaging and products.

Certain conditions and exceptions apply*.

- No returns on products that have been cut, modified or customized in any way, or on special order products.

- Restocking fee of 20% of the sales value for tempered glass panels.

- Gift cards, gift certificates, or store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

- If the product is defective, the legal warranty applies, where applicable.

Notwithstanding this return policy, Habitat Verre Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of merchandise for any reason. The return policy may be modified at any time without notice.
