Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original condition and original packaging, for an exchange, refund, or online store credit at habitatverre.ca. Return shipping or handling fees may apply for damaged packaging or products.

Certain conditions and exceptions apply.

Exclusions

  • No returns on cut, modified, or customized products of any kind, or on special-order products.
  • A 20% restocking fee based on the sale price applies to returned tempered glass panels.
  • Gift cards, gift certificates, and online store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • If the product is defective, the legal warranty applies where applicable.

Non-refundable pick-up fees

Pick-up fees at our relay points (Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa) are non-refundable in the event of a return or order cancellation, regardless of the reason.

How to initiate a return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our team before shipping the merchandise back:

A team member will confirm the procedure and return address. No return will be accepted without prior authorization.

Refund processing time

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Right to refuse

Notwithstanding this policy, Habitat Verre Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of merchandise for any reason. This policy may be modified at any time without prior notice.
