What the extended warranty adds
- Installation: 1 more year (2 years in total), labour included
- Remote control: 5 years (parts)
- Paint: delamination covered for 10 years, on the declining scale below (parts)

Motors (louvre motor and screen motor) and LEDs remain covered for 5 years by the manufacturer; the extended warranty adds nothing to them.
Free manufacturer's warranty (Sol Pergolas)
- Pergola structure: limited lifetime (ORANA, ZENA); 5 years (AMARA)
- Paint: 1 year against fading
- Louvre motor and LEDs: 5 years
- Fiberglass screen: 10 years prorated against fading, 1 year on workmanship
- Solar and insect screens: 3 years against fading, 1 year on workmanship
- Screen housing, side channels and roller tube: 5 years
- Screen motor: 5 years
- Remote control: 1 year
Habitat Verre basic warranty (free)
- Installation by Habitat Verre: 1 year, labour included
- No registration required: your invoice is enough
Conditions
- Covers the pergola, its screens, its awnings and its accessories purchased from Habitat Verre for the same address.
- Labour: included for installation defects; not included for replacing parts.
- Same exclusions as the manufacturer's warranty: exceptional weather (for example freezing rain, violent winds or hail), use of retractable products in winter conditions, misuse or lack of maintenance.
- The extended warranty starts on the installation date. The version in force is the one dated at the top of this page on your purchase date.
- You can cancel the extended warranty within 10 days of purchase for a refund.

1 NOTICE ON THE LEGAL WARRANTY — The law provides a warranty on the property you buy or lease: it must be usable for its normal purpose for a reasonable period of time. The Consumer Protection Act provides a warranty on all property you buy or lease from a merchant.
